1. Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your trek, please notify us via your registered email or WhatsApp. The date of your message/email will be considered as the formal cancellation date.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Advance Amount: The booking advance is non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.
- No-Show: If a trekker fails to arrive at the specified time and location, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation with 0% refund.
- Unused Services: No partial refunds will be given for unused meals, transport, or accommodation during the trip.
Natural & Forced Circumstances
IntoThePeaks shall not be liable for cancellations due to landslides, heavy snow, roadblocks, or government orders. In such cases, we offer No Refund, but we may help you with rescheduling (subject to availability and extra costs).
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change. Instead of cancelling, you can request a reschedule:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the trip.
- A rescheduling fee may apply based on the trek and logistics already arranged.
