Refund Policy

Simple and transparent terms.

1. Booking Advance

The advance payment made to secure your booking is non-refundable. This amount is immediately utilized to arrange logistics, permits, and basecamp preparations.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • No-show or late arrival at the departure point.
  • Cancellation due to personal reasons or change of plans.
  • Violation of company safety rules or local regulations during the trip.
Natural Calamities: No refund is provided for cancellations due to landslides, roadblocks, weather issues, or government-imposed restrictions. These are beyond our control.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds (if any, at company discretion) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Credits will be made to the original payment method only.

4. Company Cancellation

If IntoThePeaks cancels a trip due to operational reasons, customers are entitled to a Full Refund or an option to Reschedule without any extra cost.
